We have this newfangled contraption thats hooked up to our computer which broadcasts tv shows for free (thanks to Ryan's smooth talking to the cable guy). I haven't see a commercial in ages, or noticed one since we've had "tv". Levi's has this new ad campagin that really cough my attention. First, it doesn't sound like a commercial, the words are soft and lo-fi. The visuals aren't bright and obnoxious, they are dark, grainy. Me likes.
I know, and understand that the commercial is geared to me, my generation, my demographic, and the 'hipster' population; honestly I don't care. I like the way it looks, sounds, and untimatly makes me feel.

Mad Men
Ryan and I love Mad Men. When we first moved in to our new place we started watching it from the first episode. We are now completley caught up, and excited for new episodes. Like a copy cat I made Mad Men characters of myself and Ryan.
Want and Wait
A Love Letter for You is a branch off project of the Philly Mural Arts Program. It was created by Stephen Powers, and supported by SEPTA. All the murals can be seen from the El. I found out about this project by riding the El, and seeing the ads. I'd love to take a ride out to West Philly to see the murals.

Almost Fall
Its almost Fall here in Pennsylvania. I can especially feel it today. The boyfriend and I are at his mom's house in the Poconos. Woolen tights are about to be pulled, and drinking tea will soon be a necessity.

Finished Quilt
About two weeks ago I finished hand sewing the binding on our quilt. Every night as we caught up on Mad Men episodes I'd sew. Finally, its done. Its so cozy!
