Almost two years ago I would take a bath almost every night. I was working at trader joes, and would race home at midnight chilled to the bone. Upon arrival I'd take off my cardboard, food producty smelling clothes and jump in the tub. As the hippie I am, I refused to fill the entire tub with water, and only let the bath fill three inches or so. I'd rotate my body as the air temperature cooled it. This routine helped me wind down as much as it helped, as much as it warmed and cleaned my body.
Tonight after the gym, I took one of my baths. I sloshed around in the puddle I created for myself...just thinking, unwinding, and hoping my muscles would not be too sore after my hard work out.
