1. The holiday season is important to break up the winter blues.
2. Snow makes me happy!! I am a teacher, and snow days are awesome! Plus, the city looks BEAUTIFUL all snowy!
3. The best comfort food to eat when it's cold out is risotto, although it has been a long time since I had any. I don’t have the patience to stir and stir.
4. Winter is the best time for knitting. I love making cozy things during the winter, but I knit slow and my stuff isn’t usually done till spring. :/
5. I can hardly wait for tonight’s holiday First Friday in my neighbourhood!
6. When it comes to holiday gifts I prefer to give them. I am thinking about Christmas/birthday gifts all year. I keep a running list of ideas on my computer.
7. If I were to rate my excitement about the holiday season on a scale from 1-10, I would say I am at about an 11!! I love Christmas time! Santa just needs to send me some lovin' ;)
