Over the Snow/President's Day Vacation I watched a few movies on netflix. While watching How to Make an American Quilt I noticed that Winona Ryder was singing again in another movie.

I could not find a clip of Winona as Jo March in Little Women singing Christmas carols, or her in How to Make an American Quilt singing with her grandma and great aunt! I'm sure there are more out there. Crazy.

Nice Days on Your Weekend

Last week it rained on my two days off. This time it is not the case.
I'm heading to Penn Treaty Park via bicycle to check out the Shad Fest. I'm meeting Ellen, and hopefully Ryan will meet up later on.

Children's literature has always been something I wanted to get into. This Christmas, Ryan gave me children's books as part of my present. I didn't know until tonight that the
classic, Where the Wild Things Are, is being turned into a movie. I want to go to go see it on the big screen while eating a dinner of peanut M&Ms, popcorn, Swedish Fish, and Soda.

P.S. Did I mention that I gave up sweets for lent? Yeah, I'm going crazy. I have the worst cravings for junk, and I almost salivate to the point of dribbling all over my chin. Charming.
